If you laugh at this you're going to hell. If you don't laugh you have absolutely no sense of humour. Either way, this one is a must see.

Does this guy really have Tourettes? It seems like it might just be a joke.
According to the website, he was diagnosed with tourettes, but his constant drinking aggravates it and just makes him crazy in general.
