Dion Emerges as new Liberal Leader

Dion, 51, captured the coveted Liberal crown on the fourth ballot, defeating political newcomer Michael Ignatieff, who won his first election as an MP last January in Toronto.Dion got 54 per cent of the vote, beating Ignatieff by 437 votes. His total was 2,521, compared to 2,084 for Ignatieff.

This is great news for the liberals, who will continue to have the support of anglophones but will now be better equipped to rally french canadian support as well.

Clearification.com

Demetri Martin, of the Daily Show's trendspotting segment,

has his own flash site full of weird animation and a strange story of videos about himself trying to find "clearification." Here's the first episode.

It's got a very Wes Anderson feel to it. The same kind of subtle comedy. Watch the rest of his videos at clearification.com. The website is very pretty.
