Amazing documentary of a man who woke up on the New York subway with no idea who he was. He suffers severe amnesia for no found reason and forgets his entire life up to that point. It documents scenes of him living through things for the very first time. He has to meet his father and sisters for the first time and relearn that his mother is dead. He eats foods for the first time, sees snow and fireworks and meets friends he'd had for 15 years. If you have the time, watch this movie immediately. It's truly remarkable. There is no documentary anywhere like this.

Kevin Mitnick's first time on the net in 8 years after having been convicted of wire fraud and of breaking into the computer systems of Fujitsu, Motorola, Nokia, and Sun Microsystems.
Mitnick served five years in prison (four years of it pre-trial), 8 months of that in solitary confinement, and was released on January 21, 2000. During his supervised release, which ended on January 21, 2003, he was initially restricted from using any communications technology other than a landline telephone. After fighting this decision in court, the judge ruled in favor of Mitnick, allowing him to access the Internet.

"This is by far my favorite story of all those I have written.
After all, I undertook to tell several trillion years of human history in the space of a short story and I leave it to you as to how well I succeeded. I also undertook another task, but I won't tell you what that was lest l spoil the story for you.
It is a curious fact that innumerable readers have asked me if I wrote this story. They seem never to remember the title of the story or (for sure) the author, except for the vague thought it might be me. But, of course, they never forget the story itself especially the ending. The idea seems to drown out everything -- and I'm satisfied that it should. " -Isaac Asimov

Brilliant 20-minute video narrates the history of the "Amen Break," a six-second drum sample from the b-side of a chart-topping single from 1969. This sample was used extensively in early hiphop and sample-based music, and became the basis for drum-and-bass and jungle music. A six-second clip that spawned several entire subcultures, becoming the backbone of millions of different songs.

"Parents should know that this is an exceptionally violent film, with extreme, intense, and especially graphic violence and injuries and many, many injuries and deaths. Characters use extremely strong language, drink, smoke, and use drugs. Most of the characters are criminals, including mobsters and hired killers. There are extremely explicit sexual references and non-explicit situations with some nudity and references to prostitutes, orgies, and homosexuality. The characters are a veritable Benneton ad of diversity, so to the extent that it is a positive sign that the killers include women, minorities, and gay characters, it is worth mentioning." Ghyslain Raza (born 1988) became widely known on the Internet in May 2003 as the "Star Wars kid" when a video clip he recorded of himself was leaked online. At the time of his celebrity as an internet phenomenon, he was a high school student in Trois-Rivieres, Quebec. The video was filmed at the studio of his high school, and the tape was left forgotten in a basement for a few months. On or around April 19, 2003, the original owner of the videotape discovered Raza's recorded acts, they encoded it to a WMV file and shared it using the Kazaa peer-to-peer file sharing network under the filename Jackass_starwars_funny.wmv. Within two weeks, the file was downloaded several million times.
An adapted version of the video was created, adding Star Wars music, texts, and lightsaber lights and sounds to Raza's golf ball retriever. According to Waxy.org, this was done by Bryan Dube, an employee from Raven Software. Several gaming, technology and Star Wars-related sites began to host the video, further increasing downloads. Soon, people all over the world picked up the original and began making conversions of it, adding music, visual effects, and sounds, combining it with other well-known videos or scenes from films.
As of 27th November 2006 it has been estimated by the Viral factory that over 900 million internet users have viewed a version of the original video making it the most popular "viral video" on the Internet.

Kenny vs Spenny is a reality show about two best friends who compete in childish competitions every episode. The winner gets to humiliate the loser and the competitions comprise of stupd things such as "who can not talk the longest" and "who can stay awake the longest." Kenny, the prick of the show, always cheats to win while Spenny tries to win honestly.
It's one of my favourite shows of all time and every single episode is worth watching. Here are my top three.
#3- Who can wear a dead octopus on their head the longest. Part1, part2, part3. In this episode Kenny slips 4 hits of acid into Spenny's orange juice to make him lose his mind.
#2- Who can win a 10 mile race. Part1, part2, part3. In this one Kenny fakes his own mothers death to trickSpenny into forfeiting. If that's not heavy I don't know what is.
#1- Who is funnier. Part1, part2, part3. This is by far the heaviest episode. You're probably wondering what could be heavier then tricking your friend into believing your own mom is dead. Well, Kenny sends Spenny a fake letter from the ministry of health, telling him he may have contracted HIV. This is the single most horrible thing anyone can do to a friend. If you don't have the time to watch the other episodes, or even if you've never seen the show and don't really give a shit about it, you need to see this.
Seriously, you need to watch that episode. There's a whole bunch more on peekvids: Kenny vs Spenny.

This is one of the most awesome things I've ever seen. In the middle of the video, one guy is floating in it and the other one is walking over it. I wanna try this SO badly. Anyone have a pool they don't mind filling with custard?
By adding corn starch to water, you can create a substance know as "oobleck." This substance is a non-newtonian fluid. When force is applied to these kinds of liquids, they behave like solids. Shear thickening fluids of this sort are even being researched for bullet resistant body armor.
Try it yourself by adding corn starch to a cup of water. Add the starch in small portions and stir it in slowly until it becomes like single cream in consistency. Then try stabbing the surface with a finger, or rapidly inverting its container. More gentle treatment, such as slowly inserting a spoon, will leave it in its liquid state.
